Buyer’s Inspection
A Buyer’s Inspection is a comprehensive visual assessment of a home’s readily accessible components. Within 24 hours, you’ll be emailed an organized and comprehensive report of our findings.

Checking for water damage is one of the most important steps a home inspector can take, and we utilize a specialized moisture meter whenever necessary to pinpoint the location and extent of potential moisture issues inside a home. A carbon monoxide detector may also be used for your safety—and this is all done at no extra cost!

Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection service is geared toward prospective clients who are preparing to sell their home. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property before you make the listing, revealing potential defects that you may want to repair or otherwise disclose to interested buyers before negotiations are set to begin.
New Construction Inspection
Having new home construction inspected can only benefit you in the long run, giving you a chance to negotiate the repair of existing issues before the home is officially transferred over into your name. We’ll perform this full home inspection prior the builder’s final walkthrough, thoroughly inspecting both the home’s structures and currently installed mechanical systems.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Another new construction inspection service that we offer is a multi-phase inspection of the home. We can inspect new home construction at several different stages as it’s being built, catching potential issues as they occur so that they can be easily and quickly remedied by the builders.
Home Maintenance Inspection
We’ll perform this inspection service in order to help current homeowners properly and effectively maintain their real estate investments. Staying ahead of repair and maintenance issues will prevent more expensive, full-blown repairs from being necessary in the future. We’ll inspect the entire home, providing you with a detailed report of our findings and a straightforward home maintenance strategy.
Re-inspections
Schedule this inspection service after the seller of the home has contracted the repair of deficiencies we discovered in your Buyer’s Inspection. We’ll return to the home to closely inspect these repairs, ensuring that the original issue has been resolved without lingering problems still being present.
Commercial Property Inspection
We’ll be more than happy to perform a comprehensive inspection of light commercial buildings such as strip malls, small office buildings, and storefronts. We’ll thoroughly assess the condition of most readily accessible and visible components, including the mechanical systems that are currently installed in the building(s).
